The short version: we collect what you type into the estimate form so that we can call you back about your property. We do not sell it, share it, or send you anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, town, the service you selected, and — if you chose to give them — your email address and any notes you wrote about the property. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no password to lose.
Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard access logs that include IP addresses. Those are part of running a server, not part of a marketing program.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to schedule and carry out the work. That is the whole list.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell your details to anyone.
- We do not pass them to lead-generation companies or contractor networks.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while they are useful — through the quote, and through the work if you hire us. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you log in to administer the site, which does not apply to visitors.

Write to hello@cedarsridge.com or call (215) 555-0100 and ask for whatever you need — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion.
