Our Promise

Our Standing Promise

The landscaper who calls you back.

Nobody fires a landscaper over the mowing. They fire them over the silence.

Most landscaping companies compete on price or on photographs of finished patios. We would rather compete on something harder to fake: whether we do what we said we would do, on the day we said we would do it.

Below is the whole promise, written plainly. There is no fine print version of this page.

One · We answer, or we call back the same day

Call during business hours and a person picks up — not a menu, not an answering service reading from a script in another state. If we are running a machine and miss you, you hear back the same day. Not next week. Not never.

This sounds like the lowest possible bar. It is. It is also the single most common reason people in Bucks County fire their landscaper, which is exactly why we lead with it.

Two · A written estimate within one business day

After we walk your property, you get a written, itemized estimate within one business day. Itemized means you can see what each part costs, so you can cut something if the number is higher than you hoped — rather than being handed a single figure and told to take it or leave it.

If we cannot get to it within a business day for some reason, we tell you that instead of going quiet.

Three · You know the day before we arrive

Every scheduled visit gets a message the day before. Maintenance customers get it every week, so you always know whether the gate needs to be unlocked or the dog brought in.

When weather moves us — and in this county it will — you hear about that too, before you notice we did not show up. Rain days are part of the work. Silence about rain days is not.

Four · If it is not right, we come back

Tell us within a week of the work and we return to make it right. There is no argument about whether it counts, and no invoice for the trip. A settled paver, a stripe missed on the mow, mulch thrown where it should not be — we would rather come fix it than have you tell your neighbor about it.

We can afford to promise this because we work a twelve-mile radius. Coming back is a short drive, not a lost day.

What ten-plus years has taught us to say no to

We will not tell you we are the cheapest, because on most jobs we will not be. There is always someone willing to skip base depth under a patio or thin out a fertilizer program to win a bid, and those jobs come apart in a few seasons.

We will not promise a start date we cannot hold in order to get a signature. If we are four weeks out in spring, we will say four weeks, and you can decide what to do with that.

And we will not take work outside Bucks County, or more than about twelve miles from Langhorne, however good the job sounds. The moment we do, every promise above gets harder to keep.

When the work is not ours, we will say so and give you a name. Water coming up through a slab is a waterproofing job. Some trees need a climber. Some jobs are too small to be worth a truck. Saying that costs us the sale and keeps the rest of this page true.

Hold us to it

Ask for an estimate and start the clock. One business day, in writing.

Want the mechanics rather than the promises? How we work walks through the first call, the visit, the written estimate and the job itself, step by step.
