How We Work
From the first call to the final walk-through, here is exactly what happens — so you never have to wonder where things stand.
❦
Step one · You call or write
Call us and a person answers. Fill out the estimate form instead and it lands with us immediately. Either way, within the same business day you will have a real conversation about what you are dealing with and a time we can come out and look at it.
We will ask a few things on that first call: roughly how big the property is, what is bothering you most, and whether there is a deadline you are working toward — a party, a home sale, a season change. It helps us bring the right person out.
Step two · We walk the property with you
The walk-through is free and it happens in person. We would rather see the ground than guess from a satellite photo, because the things that decide a job — how water actually moves across the lot, how much sun a bed really gets, how compacted the soil is — do not show up from above.
You will get our honest read while we are standing there: what needs doing now, what can wait a year, and what you do not need at all. That last category is real. Plenty of homeowners get sold work they did not need because nobody wanted to talk them out of it.
Step three · The written estimate
Within one business day, itemized, with a realistic start date. You will see the cost of each piece rather than one lump figure, which means you can phase the project or drop a line item without starting over.
Then we leave you alone. No pressure calls, no expiring discount. If you have questions, call us and we will answer them; if we do not hear from you, we assume you are thinking about it.
Step four · The work
You get a message the day before we start, and before every visit after that on maintenance accounts. The crew arrives when we said. If the weather moves us, you hear it from us first.
When we finish a project, we walk it with you before we pack up. If something is not right — then, or within a week after — we come back and fix it. No charge for the trip.
The Part Nobody Else Promises
- We answer the phone. Miss us and you hear back the same day.
- Written estimate within one business day of walking your property.
- A message the day before every scheduled visit.
- Something not right? We come back — no argument, no charge for the trip.
Common questions
How much does it cost to have you look at my property?
Nothing. The walk-through and the written estimate are free, whether you hire us or not.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the season. Spring cleanups and mulch bookings fill first and we can run several weeks out in April and May; winter and midsummer are usually quicker. We will tell you the real number when we quote, not the number you want to hear.
Do you do one-time jobs, or only contracts?
Both. Plenty of customers start with a single cleanup or a patio and never take a maintenance plan, and that is fine. Nothing here requires a contract.
What if I only need one small thing?
Call us anyway. If it is too small to be worth a truck, we will say so and point you to someone — that is a better outcome than us quietly never calling you back.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we will hand you the certificate before we start work without you having to ask twice.
Do you work outside Bucks County?
No. Bucks County only, roughly twelve miles from Langhorne. It is the constraint that lets us keep the promises on this page.
Start with a walk-through
Free, in person, and you will get a straight answer about what your property actually needs.
